I’ve always had a passion for movement and learning—whether on a horse or in fitness. A lifetime with horses has taught me patience, perseverance, and the joy of the journey, lessons that mirror my yoga and fitness practice. Strength, breath, form, and balance come together to create movement for the sheer joy of it!
With over 13 years in orthopedic spine and neurosurgery at Harborview Medical Center, I developed a deep love for anatomy. My first hot yoga class in 2009 hooked me, and in 2016, I completed my 200-hour YTT, now teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Hatha (26/2), Fusion, Yin, and Sculpt. I discovered barre in 2014, became certified within two months, and now also teach barre, HIIT, and core classes.
When I’m not teaching, I’m riding horses. Remember to enjoy the journey—it’s most of the ride! Happy trails!

I started practicing yoga in 2007 as a way to improve flexibility while balancing a heavy running routine. My first class was a 90-minute hot Hatha, and after just a few sessions, I was completely hooked. Over time, yoga became my primary form of movement, evolving from a physical practice into a mental and spiritual journey that remains a constant in my life.
In 2017, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training, a life-changing experience that ignited my passion for yoga philosophy and a love for teaching I never expected to discover. Since then, I’ve pursued additional training and now teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Fusion, Yin, Sculpt, and Barre in studio, corporate, and private settings.
Connecting with students and being part of their yoga journeys is an incredible privilege—one that humbles and inspires me every day.

I discovered yoga in 2008 and was hooked! I earned my RYT200 in 2019 and have taught over 1,000 classes since, becoming an E-RYT200 and YACEP provider. I enjoy guiding students through Power/Vinyasa, Hatha, Fusion, Sculpt, and Yin practices.
Barre entered my life in 2015, and I became certified in 2018. I now teach styles like Hot Barre, Barre Sculpt, and Cardio Barre. In 2021, I co-founded Barre8, a program to train new Barre instructors.
Originally from Hawaii, I’ve lived in Washington most of my life. My husband Glenn and our three daughters are my greatest joy. I love singing, traveling, and tropical getaways!

My yoga journey began 17 years ago and has been a transformative experience ever since. I hold a 200-hour RYT certification in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as an 85-hour PYTT certification in Prenatal Yoga and Mat Pilates. Connecting my mind, body, and spirit through breathwork has been my anchor. I'm passionate about guiding others on their paths to self-love, self-care, and spiritual growth. Outside of yoga, I cherish time with my 15-year-old daughter, exploring nature, hiking, gardening, and attending live shows.

In 2024, I became a certified Barre instructor, blending my dance foundation with a professional credential. As a tech leader, I’ve learned that fitness is key to managing stress, maintaining mental clarity, and enhancing overall well-being. My classes are inspired by my holistic approach, combining physical discipline with mindfulness to help others build resilience and discover joy in movement. I can’t wait to share this journey with you!

I was first introduced to yoga in high school as a recovery method from team athletics. After stepping away from sports and fitness for a few years, I rediscovered my passion for movement through yoga during a challenging time in my life, both mentally and spiritually. Over the past four years, yoga has been my space to relax, release, and reconnect. My practice has grown to include strong vinyasa flows, gentle yin, and dynamic restorative movement.
In 2022, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and have been deeply committed to the journey of self-discovery ever since. Through teaching, I aim to create a space where everyone can turn inward, connect with the present moment, and build strength by learning to let go—both on and off the mat.

I discovered yoga at 14 and quickly fell in love with its physical, philosophical, and metaphysical aspects. After high school, I began my teacher training journey, eventually studying with Shiva Rea’s Samudra School of Sacred Living in 2012. Their approach, which integrates esoteric teachings, elemental knowledge, and Ayurveda with physical yoga practices, deepened my understanding of the yogic sciences. In 2019, I found Kundalini yoga, which profoundly transformed my practice. Through teacher training with Guru Singh and continued studies at RA MA Institute, I’ve specialized in women’s energetic anatomy and yogic practices as part of their Immense Grace leadership program.
I’m also passionate about biomechanics and postural integrity, which enrich my teaching by connecting physical alignment with deeper awareness. In my classes, I blend the physical and spiritual, honoring our nature as spiritual beings in physical form. My goal is to help students care for their bodies, explore their inner selves, and have fun along the way!

I began my yoga teaching journey in 2021, but my practice has been evolving for nearly a decade. My introduction to yoga was through traditional 26x2 hot yoga, but over the years, my practice has expanded to include Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sculpt, Pilates, and various mobility modalities.
As I deepened my practice, I discovered that yoga transforms not just the body but the mind and soul as well. This ongoing journey of self-discovery continues to bring me joy, both in my own growth and in witnessing the transformative power of yoga in my students.

I discovered yoga in 2005, drawn by curiosity, and quickly developed a lifelong devotion to the practice. I started with Hatha and gradually expanded to styles like Vinyasa and Yin. During the 2020 pandemic, I deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy, which led me to pursue my 200-hour certification at Hot Yoga Experience for personal growth.
Inspired by the love and support I received during my training, I now teach Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha. Yoga has been a way for me to connect mind and body, finding peace through pranayama. I hope my classes offer others the same space for growth, curiosity, and fun!

I started my yoga journey over 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until 2014 that I became serious about it. I was seeking relief from knee injuries and back pain caused by years of sitting at a desk. As a former athlete, I found healing and peace through hot yoga, especially Power Vinyasa, which inspired me to help others experience the same benefits.
Now as a 200-hour RYT, I teach Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Fusion, and Yin. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, judgment-free classes that support students at all levels and help them connect with their mind, body, and spirit.

I started yoga to find better work-life balance, and after a few months, I was hooked. It became a daily routine that brought both mental and physical relief, especially during the pandemic. After completing my 200-hour training in 2021, I discovered teaching was a great way to give back, and I’m excited to help others experience the same benefits.
I currently teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Roll and Recovery. Outside the studio, I enjoy running, hiking, baking, and diving into sci-fi. See you on the mat!

Hey! My name is Serena Tomaso and I love to cultivate meaningful connections! There is so much space to explore within ourselves, and in this world; yoga is a beautiful way to tap into the vastness of our experience. I’ve been teaching for 8 years, and believe the practice has an opportunity to expand all aspects of life, like it did mine. Mindfulness and meditation are at the core of my teachings, and I hope to inspire people to live yoga off the mat, and let it flow into all parts of their existence. I teach a relaxing Yin, a creative Vinyasa, a grounding Hatha and Yoga Nidra. I would love for you to come take a class with me!
I believe we are not separate from nature, and I aim to learn as much as I can from being outside. You can find me in the mountains when I’m not teaching

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years, with a deep love for group fitness. I started regularly attending Balance Hot Yoga in 2018, and the online classes kept me active through COVID. In 2021, I became Barre certified and started teaching early morning classes. In 2022, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and now teach a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, Fusion, Barre, HIIT, and Sculpt.
Teaching has become a passion I never expected, allowing me to share my love of fitness and health with the community. I currently teach 5-8 classes a week at Balance Renton and enjoy helping others grow stronger, both mentally and physically, while building meaningful connections.

I began my yoga journey in 2020, initially using it to complement my strength training and CrossFit. But as I progressed, yoga quickly became my true passion. In 2021, I earned certifications in personal training, group fitness, and barre, but it was during my yoga teacher training that I decided to fully focus on yoga.
Growing up shy and anxious, teaching was something I never imagined for myself. However, yoga helped me find my voice and confidence. Now, with certifications in yoga, somatics, and fitness, I teach Vinyasa, Barre, HIIT, and Cardio Kickboxing, and I’m excited to continue growing on this journey!

I started my yoga journey in 2004 while preparing for the birth of my first child and quickly discovered yoga’s mental and emotional benefits alongside the physical. Over the years, I explored Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, and meditation while balancing motherhood and a corporate career.
After earning my 200-hour yoga certification in November 2023, I left the corporate world to open Imagine Hot Yoga & Wellness. I now teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Fusion, HIIT, and Barre and look forward to sharing yoga’s transformative power with the community as we open this Winter of 2025.
